I Have the Superpad 3 by Android and It’s Stuck on the “android_” Screen. How Can I Fix It?

Question by Alyssa: I have the superpad 3 by android and it’s stuck on the “android_” screen. how can I fix it?
I did the factory set a bunch of times but can’t seem to get it past the “android_” screen. Before this happened, while I was using it, I would get a flash of a white screen once on a while. I tried to charge my iPod on it so I’m wondering if that caused the problem. I also put my own memory card in the external SD slot.
